Liaison BHCO is committed to servicing individuals with the highest quality of support and commitment. We will take the time to carefully and patiently work with each and every individual, and to maintain a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. We were founded on the premise that mental health services should be non-judgemental, relaxing, inviting, and warm. Our mission is to change the face of mental health by infusing these words into our atmosphere. It is our goal to have clients walk into our office and feel comfortable about the services they are going to receive. As part of our commitments to our clients, we will ensure that our services should not only by comprehensive and individually-tailored, but most importantly AFFORDABLE!

Hi Liaison Team!

It has been brought to my attention that some clinical document forms are currently not available on CarePaths: 30-day reviews, 90-day reviews, and case notes.  We are currently working on having these documents available to you.  For now, please submit these clinical documents to the Google Mail admininistrative account until further notice: admin@liaisonbehavioralhealth.org.  Blank templates for these documents are available on Provider Connect: https://sites.google.com/a/liaisonbehavioralhealth.org/liaison-bhco-provider-connect/documents.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
